Ever wish someone would hand over your gut’s user manual?
Well, that’s my job.
I’m known for being balanced and optimistic.
Meaning if you love cheese, you should eat it, and if you don’t tolerate cheese well, let’s figure out why and see if we can fix it.
Okay, I have to be your favorite nutritionist after that, right?!
What People Are Saying
“My stomach was an issue for years, and going to my regular doctor only gave me a few general diagnoses that didn't help me figure out what was causing my stomach to hurt. I never thought that having a symptom-free stomach would be possible for me, and it is such a relief! If you are looking for a way to fix your gut health, I recommend working with Rachel because her programs are personalized and in-depth, and she is so kind and thoughtful!”
— Jessie
“10/10 recommend. Rachel truly knows how to get to the root cause of why the gut is so messed up and why the bloat (and other not fun things) are consistent. She did so much more than just help me with my bloat, but she actually helped me improve other areas such as energy, acne, and overall food health. It has been better than any experience of working with a doctor when it came to stomach issues because she actually VALIDATES you and doesn't just tell you that you have IBS. Rachel makes a customizable plan based on the facts. Loved it so much, I am continuing to work with her!”
— Reagan
“After working with Rachel for a few months I am a new person! My digestion is the best it has been in my adult life, I have so much more energy, and I am back to a healthy weight. I am so thankful for this restoration back to health and it has been an important part of reaching a quality of life that I am happy with. Healing is a continuing journey and is not an overnight process but it is so much better to have someone who is extremely knowledgeable and supportive to help you navigate through getting better.”
— Kristie
“Working with Rachel has been game changing for me! She helped me with bloating, constipation, feeling moody and sluggish, and bad in my body. I loved how Rachel takes into account how I feel and what I think instead of just looking at tests. I would definitely recommend anyone who struggles with digestive health to reach out to Rachel because she knows what she is doing, is approachable and professional! ☺️”

You deserve real health.
Not “I make it through the day” health, but “feeling energized, eating well, and living my damn life” kind of health.
Why I do what I do.
More than what you eat, I care about how you feel. Are you happy?
Do you have the energy to get through the day? Is your diet causing you more harm than good (even if it’s a “healthy” diet)? Are you distracted from life because you’re fixated on food and dealing with digestive issues?
Despite studying to be a dietitian and known as the “fit friend”, I had a flawed relationship with food.
Food restrictions and rules lead me to thinking about food 24/7, over eating “bad” foods when they were around, then feeling guilty about it, then going back to my healthy diet just to start the cycle again.
With a lot of unlearning and learning, I found a balance between eating foods that make me feel my best physically, mentally and emotionally.
That’s why when a client tells me she ate her birthday cake without bloating or ran a half marathon without reflux I consider it a big effing deal. They do these things WITHOUT crazy restrictions and stress around eating.
